An exceptionally sweet and fruity puerh. The tea is made with leaves picked from wild tea trees in Lincang, Yunnan in early March, resulting in a smooth and creamy liquor not often found in a puerh.

About This Tea

This lovely sheng, or raw, puerh is made from wild tea tree leaves that are harvested from trees on the Da Xue Shan Forestry Mountain. It is perfect for discerning puerh drinkers and first time puerh drinkers alike due to its mellow earthy flavor and sweet, fruity notes.

Brewing Instructions

This tea shines when brewed in the gong fu style. We suggest first washing the tea–a quick brew that is then discarded–to allow the leaves to open up. This tea can be brewed 8-10 times in the gong fu style. Alternatively, this tea can be brewed in a mug or cold brewed in the refrigerator.
