Brewing Instructions
Brewing Instructions
The complex notes of this tea shine when brewed in the gong fu style. We recommend rinsing the tea–a quick brew that is then discarded–to allow the leaves to open up. This tea can be brewed 8-10 times in the gong fu style. Be sure to compare each steep (they will vary a lot!). Alternatively, this tea can also be brewed in a mug.
